The contact form collects your name, phone number, email address, site address, selected service, approximate area, project description and any files you attach (photos or drawings). The form is delivered by Web3Forms (a processor acting on our behalf), which forwards the enquiry to our mailbox. Please do not submit special categories of personal data through the form.

Handling your enquiry and preparing a quote are pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Site security rests on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and accounting records on a legal obligation.

Technical storage needed to run the site and remember your cookie choice is always used. The site loads Google Tag Manager under Google Consent Mode v2: before you choose, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are set to denied and no analytics or advertising events are sent. Choosing "Accept" sets them to granted; "Necessary only" or dismissing the banner keeps them denied. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and can be changed by clearing site data.

Recipients are: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Ireland/Google LLC (Google Tag Manager and related analytics and advertising services, only with consent), our hosting and email providers, and where necessary our accountant and subcontractors, limited to what the work requires. We do not sell your data.

These providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Data related to a signed contract is kept for the contract and warranty period, and accounting documents for 7 years as required by law. Cookie consent is stored for up to 12 months or until you change it.

You have the right to access your data, request correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw cookie consent at any time. Write to info@tanavakividepaigaldus.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
